1. Who we are

This website is operated by travelgworld.com, an LLC registered at 12 Rynok Square, Lviv, 79008, Ukraine, registration code (EDRPOU) 32857482, represented by Managing Director Daniel Bauer. 2. Booking and formation of contract

A booking request is an offer; a contract is formed when we confirm the booking in writing. You must be 18 or older to book. Information on the tour programme, route, services, price, cancellation terms and insurance is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism".

3. Prices and inclusions

Prices are shown per person in the currency stated at checkout. Inclusions and exclusions are listed in each tour description. Advertising of tours, prices and availability is accurate and identifiable as advertising under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising".

4. Changes to the itinerary

We may change routes, schedules or service providers where needed for safety, weather or circumstances beyond our control, and will offer a comparable alternative. Material changes are notified before departure.

5. Cancellation by the traveller

Cancellation terms are stated in each tour description. They do not restrict your statutory consumer rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

6. Participation rules

Travellers must follow safety instructions and local law, hold valid documents and disclose conditions relevant to the tour. We may exclude a participant whose conduct endangers others, without refund where the law permits.

7. Liability

We are liable for the proper provision of the services we sell, within the limits of applicable law. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Send complaints to contact@travelgworld.com. We respond within the periods set by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights". You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or apply to the courts of Ukraine. Consumers resident in the EU retain the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence.

9. Personal data and cookies

We process booking data on a lawful basis and respect your data-subject rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3911-IX "On Personal Data Protection". Non-essential cookies and analytics are set only after your prior consent.
