Pre-contract information for package travel. Please read it before you book.
1. Who we are
Packages are organised and sold by travelgworld.com, LLC, 12 Rynok Square, Lviv, 79008, Ukraine, EDRPOU registration code 32857482. Email: contact@travelgworld.com; phone: +380 734 079 7292. Managing Director: Daniel Bauer. This information is given before you order, as required by Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
2. The package and its price
Before booking we provide the tour programme, route, dates, services included, total price and payment schedule, and insurance arrangements where applicable, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism'. Information about tours, prices and availability is accurate and identifiable as advertising under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'.
3. Changes and cancellation
You may cancel before departure on the terms stated in your booking confirmation; your statutory rights are not restricted. If a significant change is required, we tell you without delay and offer an alternative or a refund.
4. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@travelgworld.com or to the address above; we reply within 30 days. Nothing on this page limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. You may complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and may apply to the courts.
5. Personal data and cookies
We process booking data on a lawful basis, provide a privacy notice and respect your data-subject rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3911-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies, analytics and tracking are used only with your prior consent.
6. Insolvency protection
Where a package is sold to consumers in the EU, insolvency protection is provided as required by applicable law; confirmation is issued with your booking documents.
