- Terrain and distance
- Old-town cobbles and short flights of stairs, no hiking. Plan on 4 to 7 km of walking per guided day at an unhurried pace; the Kazimierz loop in Kraków runs closer to 9 km.
- Museum entry
- Museum and gallery entry sits outside the tour price. The guest pays at the door. Example: Museum of the History of Religion, entry paid at the door.
- Group cap and guides
- Maximum 12 travellers per departure, led by a licensed local guide named on the itinerary. No headsets, because a group of twelve can hear a guide in a courtyard.
- Changes and closures
- If a museum shuts or a street is closed, the guide confirms the substitute stop before 09:00 and tells the group that morning. Each guided day lists its rain alternative in advance.
- Pace and free time
- Days run about 09:30 to 16:00 with a 45 minute lunch break. Every three-day block keeps one free afternoon for wandering on your own.
- What to bring
- Flat shoes, a light rain layer, and local currency in cash for museum counters and coffee stops. Cards work at most places, not all of them.
